Intechtel’s Policies on Refunds, Warranties, and other Terms

Our Return Policy is 30 days from the date of purchase for standard parts and materials. Phone systems (and accessories), surveillance systems (and accessories), and custom components that are part of a custom project, once installed or shipped, are non-refundable or returnable. Labor is non-refundable. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange notwithstanding any parts and labor defect warranty.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unopened and/or unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  

If your item meets the requirements, your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 60 days.

For devices with service agreements attached (such as Hardware as a service, managed servers/PCs/remote desktops, hosted phone services, backups, disaster recovery, or NAS with offsite storage, etc) access to these devices and/or services may be limited or removed and any offsite data deleted if the associated service is unpaid or becomes past due. If there is time remaining on a term agreement, the full amount from the date of cancellation to the end of the term becomes immediately due and payable upon cancellation of service or at 60 days past due unless payment arrangements are made.

Computer repair services carry a 14 day warranty against a repeat of the issue that the system was originally brought in for and described on your intake form (notwithstanding any additional parts/materials warranties.)

Pre-paid labor purchases are non-refundable.
